Mikura Kazu

Appearance 16 years old, runty. 5'4" 105 lbs, blond hair and blue eyes. Always wearing a white beanie and generally wearing his Air-Trek (they look more or less like rollerblades, but motorized). Looks like a thug, in general, despite being runty.

Abilities
Air Trek (item): Motorized (super duper motorized) rollerblades. Capable of scaling building, jumping distances, and going very fast (Kazu can easily break 100 kph). He can move so fast that he disappears from view.

Flame Road: Making fire, illusions, and fake time manipulation.
Time techniques: Kazu can ‘stop time’--this does not actually stop time, it just relies on some weird physics bullshit in conjunction with some weird brain physiology to trick the afflicted party into perceiving that time has stopped and they can’t move. Can also make a time 'shield' I have no idea how this works.

Illusions: Illusion clones of himself, disappearing, straight up illusions of fire or frankly whatever that work on the same principle as heat mirages.

Fire: Fuckin' fire. A little amount of fire or a lot of fire, generated by the friction in his wheels.
